Housecake may earn commissions through its affiliate program. This means that Housecake may receive a commission when users make purchases through links provided on the Housecake website. Housecake will clearly disclose any affiliate relationships and commissions earned.

5. User Content
By submitting content to Housecake, including but not limited to reviews, comments, and recommendations, you grant Housecake a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

The content, trademarks, logos, and service marks (“Marks”) displayed on the Services are the property of Housecake or third parties. You are not permitted to use these Marks without the prior written consent of Housecake or the third party that owns the Mark.

Housecake does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor does it warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the Services.

In no event shall Housecake be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
